the rooms are just beautiful. everything was spotlessly clean and accessories were a lovely touch. water, tea, coffee, biscuits, soaps and toiletries were included. the location is very handy too!
the bar was never open, very disappointing. advertising a bar if you don't want to open it isn't the best idea. i wouldn't have chosen this hotel if i had known this.

room 12 had many nice small touches. bottled water was replenished daily in the fridge. slippers and dressing gowns were available in the room. there was ample tea and coffee available too.
ncp parking nearby cost twelve pounds for twenty-four hours.

i appreciated the many thoughtful extras in the room. things like towel robes, slippers, cotton buds, cotton balls, and even wipes were available. water was in the mini fridge too (a great touch). breakfast was easy to find and very well organised.
the breakfast service felt a bit rushed, as my plate was taken away almost immediately after i finished eating.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable extras were lovely like a teapot free toiletries iron and ironing board etc. the bar however was never open i found that very disappointing. i wouldn't have chosen this place had i known this. the breakfast was served between 9 and 9.10 with no chance of changing your order it reminded me of a military operation before i had even finished chewing my plate was gone

The room was clean and tidy with welcome touches. There was a mini fridge including water, also tea, coffee and biscuits were available.
The breakfast was served promptly at a given time. There was little opportunity to change an order even slightly. It seemed inflexible.
